Ling Zhi's lousy buffet

They have such a limited variety. They didn't replenish the dim sums. I went in at 3.15pm and already most of the items were gone. When i asked, the staff said in Mandarin "the kitchen is closed". If its closed, then why have a buffet??? I didn't even feel I ate my $12 worth. 2 small pieces of carrot cake, 2 siew mais, 2 har kows, 2 spring rolls, a bowl of soup. That's it. Arrrgh!
